Today we completed end-to-end testing of the POP website and held our first acceptance meeting: a big step toward a cleaner, faster, and more useful home for the POP community.

Highlights:

• Functionality: core pages, search, and newsletter signup passed initial checks
• Content: legacy materials mapped and prioritized for phased migration
• Performance: first pass meets our speed baseline on desktop and mobile
• Compliance: accessibility checklist initiated and progressing

Decisions:

• Finalize homepage information architecture this week
• Lock visual style guide for consistency across pages
• Stage content imports in batches to protect quality

Next steps:

• Fix minor UI issues and polish copy
• Launch member beta for broader feedback
• Prepare go-live runbook and support FAQ
